My name is Cindy, and I created Finest Health after I saw so many sites with false information about improving health popping up.


After a year of writing and expanding on my own, I am pleased to announce that Finest Health has expanded into a small team of exceptional individuals!


The goal of this blog is to equip you with the knowledge you need to live a longer, healthier life.


Many factors, some of which are within an individual's control (such as their diet, level of physical activity, and amount of sleep), and some of which are beyond their control (such as their genetic predisposition for a particular disease), contribute to the wide range of health issues that people face.


We're working to correct the widespread falsehoods about how to better one's health. Many self-proclaimed "experts" peddle false hope to the public by offering solutions to health issues that aren't tailored to the individual's condition.


Since they have been led to believe that all they need to do to be healthy is take a 30-minute walk a few times a week and add an additional bowl of fruit to their diet once in a while, these folks do the bare minimum and suffer the consequences.


Finest Health's mission is to rid the world of such self-proclaimed "experts" by providing users with the information and resources they need to take charge of their health and improve their quality of life.


No more useless and generic information on how to overcome health problems!
